Informations about COVID-19

Dear customers,
due to the current Covid-19 situation, our stores are only open for selling precious metals to us up to and including February 7th, 2021, i.e. you can sell your precious metals in our stores, but not buy them due to current regulations.
The good news: You can still order in the philoro webshop. We offer you that we store your ordered and prepaid goods free of charge in our stores until we can reopen our stores fully on January 25th, 2021 and you can pick up your goods in person. Payment in the stores is currently not possible for webshop orders.
Delivery by Österreichische Post AG will be carried out as usual. Our logistics employees adhere to the highest safety and hygiene standards. This includes, among other things, regular and thorough hand washing and disinfection as well as wearing disposable gloves when packing your orders.
There may be delays in delivery beyond our control and delays in processing inquiries and orders. We ask for your understanding and try to process your inquiries as quickly as possible.

I have placed an order for a store pickup. Can I have this sent to me?
Yes. Shipping costs are incurred, you can find them here: shipping costs.
Send a request to info@philoro.com, we will send you a revised order confirmation including shipping costs for transfer by email. After receipt of payment, your delivery will be dispatched.
What applies to my online order with shipping?
These are possible as usual.
When will my order be shipped?
Due to the high volume of orders, short-term shipping is unfortunately not possible. However, our logistics department endeavors to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible.
Where does philoro deliver to?
Deliveries are carried out within Austria.
Is shipping insured?
Yes. Orders that are sent by us are fully insured.
Can I buy products that are not listed on the website?
No. It is not possible to buy products that are not listed on our website.
Can I cancel my order?
No. There is no right of withdrawal for accepted orders. This is stated in the cancellation policy, which you took note of in the ordering process.
What delivery times can I expect?
We always endeavor to process your orders and sales as quickly as possible. However, there may be delivery delays beyond our control and delays in the processing of inquiries and orders. We ask for your understanding and patience.
