How to order

An order at philoro - quick and simple!

1. Ordering options

   Place your orders through our precious metals online shop.
    

2. Placing an order

   If this is your first time placing an order with our precious metals online shop, you must register first. As an existing customer you can log in directly. Then you may also place an order as a guest, in which case your data will not be stored.
    

3. Confirmation/Invoicing

   Once you have submitted your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. The invoice with the payment details will also be sent to you by e-mail on the day of your order. If your order is received between 8 pm and midnight, the invoice will be sent the following business day.
    

4. Payment

   Once you receive the invoice, the payment is to be made into our bank account. On receipt of your payment you will immediately receive a payment receipt, followed by confirmation that your product is being shipped.
    

5. Delivery

   After receipt of payment, we hand the products over to our logistics partner. After the product is dispatched to the shipping company, you will receive a shipping notification by e-mail.

3. Confirmation/Invoicing

   Once you have submitted your order to sell, you will receive a confirmation of receipt by e-mail. The invoice with the payment details will also be sent to you by e-mail on the day of your order. If your order is received between 8 pm and midnight, the invoice will be sent the following business day.
    

4. Delivery

   ​Depending on which option you have selected during the purchase process in our online shop, you can bring the goods you would like to sell to one of our stores within 5 working days or send them to us by post. When shipping, it is sufficient if you hand over the goods to the carrier on the last day of the deadline

5. Payment

   Once we have received and inspected the goods, the equivalent value of your sold goods will immediately be transferred into the account you specified on the invoice.
